Return Policy for Bidz.com Items |
- All returns must be made within 15 days of the item's receipt.
- We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the item is not as described.
- Some restrictions may apply and are subject to a 15% restocking fee**.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Call or email the Bidz com Customer Service Center. Or, you can obtain your own RMA number, online, by logging in to your account and clicking on the link Return Item. Along with your UserID and Listing #s, please provide detailed reasons for your return.
- Upon approval, Customer Service will issue a Return Authorization Number.
- Refunds will only be issued after a Return Authorization Number has bee obtained.
- Please print the RMA# on the outside of all returning parcels. Packages without a clearly marked, valid Return Authorization Number will be refused.
- Please DO NOT remove the tag on the item. Once the tag is removed, BidZ will not accept the item for a return.

Certified Merchant Refund Policy |
- Bidz.com’s 100% risk-free auction guarantee is only applicable to certified merchant auctions paid using credit card or paypal and is not applicable to other payment methods.
- Once you have submitted payment for your winning auction, a delivery confirmation must be communicated to you by the merchant within 5 days. If you do not receive a delivery confirmation, you must contact Bidz.com at, CSMerchants@bidz.com. Bidz.com will work with you and the merchant to determine the expected delivery date of your item.
- If your item does not arrive within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date, you also must contact Bidz.com at CSMerchants@bidz.com.
- The Bidz.com 100% risk-free auction guarantee requires you to follow the above procedures and you MUST file a complaint with Bidz.com within 21 days of submitting payment.
